Who is behind this
Nubo and the NUBO Postiz tool belong to Javier Cañadilla Casco, an independent developer acting as an individual (there is no company behind them). You can write to me at javier@javiercanadilla.com with any question about these terms.

Nubo
The Android logic puzzle game published on Google Play

NUBO Postiz
An internal tool, hosted at
pz.javiercanadilla.com, that only I use to publish Nubo's own content to the game's official accounts (@nubopuzzle on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, and its Facebook page) through those platforms' official APIs.
By downloading or using Nubo you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it. What I do with your data is explained in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
The NUBO Postiz tool
NUBO Postiz is not a public service. It has no sign-up, it is not used by third parties and it does not post on behalf of anyone else: only I use it, with my own accounts, to schedule and publish Nubo videos and images that I created.
- It does not collect or store data from other TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook users.
- It only accesses Nubo's official accounts, with the permissions I grant it myself, and I can revoke them at any time from each platform.
- The content it publishes follows each platform's rules, and its use is also subject to the terms of TikTok, YouTube (Google), Instagram and Facebook (Meta).
Acceptable use
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install Nubo and play it on your devices, for private and non-commercial use. In return, I ask you not to:
- Copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or any part of it.
- Decompile, modify or reverse engineer the game, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Use cheats, programs or modifications to unlock paid content without buying it or to tamper with achievements and leaderboards.
- Use the game for anything illegal or that harms other people or the service itself.
If you do not respect these terms, I may stop giving you access to the features that depend on me. Your use of Google Play and Google Play Games is also governed by Google's terms.
In-app purchases
Nubo can be played for free. It has a single optional, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the paid worlds. You pay once and it stays on your Google account: you can restore it if you reinstall the game or switch phones with the same account.
Payment is handled by Google Play: Google shows and applies the price, taxes, billing and payment methods, and I never receive your bank details. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policies. If you have a problem with your purchase, write to me and I will help as much as I can. None of this limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property
The game, its code, levels, graphics, sounds, texts, the Nubo name and logo, and the content published on its official accounts are mine or used with their authors' permission. Buying or downloading the game gives you the licence described above, not ownership of any of this.
You are welcome to share screenshots, videos of your games and your results, as long as you do not present them as official content or use them to mislead anyone.
Warranties and liability
I do my best to make Nubo work well, but I offer it as is and cannot guarantee that it is free of bugs or that it works on every device or at all times. I may update it, change or remove content, or stop distributing it; if that affected something you bought, I would handle it fairly and in accordance with the law.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from using or being unable to use the game, such as the loss of progress saved on your device. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms, for example if the game changes or the law requires it. I will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If the change is significant, I will also announce it in the game. Continuing to use Nubo after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If a disagreement arises, please write to me first so we can try to resolve it. If that is not possible, the competent courts will be those determined by law; if you are a consumer, those of your place of residence.
These terms are also available in Spanish. If the two versions differ, the Spanish one prevails.
